Briefly about the collection

Atiyeh Sazan Shahrara Company started working in 2015 with the design of Paradise Hub co-working space, specializing in the design of innovation centers. In 2018, the group sought to create an accelerator in the field of construction, but with the knowledge and analysis that was done in the field of the construction industry and considering the current structure of the construction market, it gave up on this decision and continued its activities in the direction of creating A specialized collection, with the approach of designing and building innovative spaces, including co-working spaces and accelerators.Among the approaches of this collection is to attract bright and young people from Iran’s top universities who can build with pure ideas and using modern technologies, with the aim of localizing some of these items in building construction to the design and implementation of spaces. Currently, this group has designed 5 projects in the field of innovation centers, of which 3 projects have been put into operation and 1 project is under construction. Also, this group is currently designing 2 innovation centers in Iran University of Science and Technology.

This complex includes a shared work space and related spaces such as mentoring spaces, meeting rooms, coffee shops, etc. This project is located among the trees of a garden in Aqdasiyeh, Tehran. The main idea of ​​this project is to pay attention to growing and cultivating and was inspired by trees and the surrounding environment. The idea of ​​this design can be seen in the forms and materials used in the design of the building, on the other hand, it has been tried to feel the mood of Iranian architecture in the space. The finished Brick , exterior form defines the entrance by itself , is self-defining entrance With the continuation of concrete fluid forms in the space that is placed on a white surrounding. In the entrance view, the viewer is faced with a vase-shaped brick form that is placed inside a large mirror and the reflection of the garden trees is doubled in the mirror, which evokes the concept of growth and prosperity. In order to create more connection with the surrounding environment and draw nature inside, the pot is surrounded by an all-glass view, which is maximizing the visual connection between inside and outside, has also made the brick pot stand out. The rotating volume of brick defines the entrance, which has been placed in the white space with the continuation of the fluid forms of the brick and has caused the dynamics of the space.
